New Years Competitions

Over New Years the SCCSC held its first set of competitions. One of the days of competitions was canceled, taking away slalom and skier/boardercross competitions. Still we were able to throw down during the slopestyle competition, as well as participate in giant slalom for boarders and skiers. Check out the video for an overview of the weekend! Congrats to USC member Robby Thorpe for taking 1st place in slopestyle for male skiers, and Abe Kislevitz for taking 1st place in GS for male skiers!

    [..YouTube..] For the slo mo parts did you just shoot those shots at 60p and speed up the parts of the shot that weren’t slo mo?

    [..YouTube..] what size are those jumps in the last half (slopestyle evemt), are those like 20 or 30 feet tables from take off to landing?
