Eleven brave souls have hunkered down inside the team cabin for what is being billed as the biggest storm in years. Forecasters have been tossing around snow totals anywhere from 6-12 FEET. It looks like the brunt of the storm is about to hit Mammoth, bringing estimated snowfall rates of up to 8″ per hour and winds topping over 140MPH.
We have set up a webcam onto the driveway of the team cabin and will be updating it as long as the power stays on. We will also be recording a time-lapse for those of you who missed it:
